Final Week.
[Further instructions.
That’s the phrase that weighs on you now, as you enter a month of captivity. The last trial took out the trial room itself, and seemingly resulted in your host deciding to conclude the exercise for...whatever reason. If nothing else, even if that proves to be a lie, it’s a development. That’s the most you can hope for right now.
All you can do is wait. Welcome to survivorpool.]
(ooc note: welcome to endgame! your final investigation and trial will be happening this Friday-Saturday. there will be two groups for the final investigation which will be posted before then. thank you for your time with us, and should you have any questions as we prepare to close out the game, please let us know!)

He tries to distract himself by cooking again in the kitchen. Just making bullshit he can't eat. Its a good waste of time, but it still doesn't help.
Outside all of that though, he keeps returning to the door to Dennis' room. He paces outside it, rattles the doorknob, kicks the door, and generally looks completely frustrated. Damn it all to hell....
Its kind of wild that people can probably pick on most of his Feelings by this point despite his well-documented lack of face.]
Dennis
[Given that the Trivium isn't all here, perhaps he forgot where he slept.]

Ugggggh. [He bonks his head against the door.] But of course I know something's there and I can't just leave it in there. But its also safely locked away from others! But maybe that means I should be wasting my time trying to get it! Or waste people's time and keep them away from it? [He bonks his head against it a few more times. This sucks!!!!]

[Is is...useful?]

...So if it's that useful, why put in the effort in opening the door that will give me access to an item that will kill you? Is your untimely death the goal you are avoiding, which is ultimately a thing to work towards? Or is it the opposite - the chance to get that item before anyone else does, protecting yourself. Such a noble task!

[Or waste time deciding. The Magician is eager to see what the Trivium fellow picks.]

[So he goes a pacing around in an anxious mess.]

He pokes his head through the door and scrunches his forehead at Trivium.]
I put another lock on. [Where he got that is a mystery best left unanswered.] I mean, I would have preferred at least one that locked from the outside, but since all the women worth banging can walk through walls now it really doesn't matter.
[He looks rattled, even past the rheumy wine-haze.]
Did you execute that piece of shit?
no subject
...Yes, he received quite a brutal punishment.
no subject
[He looks scared and child-like, which sure is a thing for a guy who seconds ago was talking about locking women up in his room.]
Am I really dead?
no subject
[Oh god, is he supposed to do the comfort thing...]
You could just have gained superpowers, I suppose. Intangible Man!
no subject
[No, he is not, because Dennis is going to take that shit and run with it. There is nothing Dennis or anyone he knows likes more than the ability to delude one's self to avoid discomfort. He's a pro.
He takes a big breath - his lungs filling with nothingness are faintly visible through his skin, along with all his other organs - and settles in on an angle.]
Well, I guess I'll have to find some use for these powers, but they mostly sound like dick.
no subject
[He can roll with that.]
Ah, but your moment of triumph is waiting for you at the season finale. With your god-like talent, you'll overcome your obstacles and prove yourself the hero you were meant to be!
no subject
[He frowns.] I suppose I could always experience things vicariously, if you'd be willing to help out.

[...huh. That sure sounds like Bad Cop, but he doesn't appear to be anywhere in sight--at least, not down by the Trivium's feet like he normally is.
If the Trivium looks up, he'll see (?) a scowling LEGO seemingly floating in the air, his disembodied head held aloft in one hand. There's no blood or viscera involved with this new ghostly form--thank God.]
no subject
Okay. I'm breaking and entering.
no subject
[And he drops his head, which goes careening down to the ground and bounces along with a quiet plink.]
Darn! Not again!
[The Cops' body floats down to try and retrieve his head, arms outstretched in front of him to try and feel for it. The head just keeps rolling and stops at the Trivium's feet.]
Ughhhhh.
